Modern Mesa

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a great location—away from the business of Main Street, but close enough to make most places in town highly walkable. Accessing the unit was very seamless, as were all of the amenities. WiFi worked great, TVs worked great, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only minor issue was noise from the upstairs unit. We could hear a lot of walking around quite clearly. If there is an option for dampening noise coming from the upstairs unit, that would be great. It didn’t occur early or late, so it wasn’t a huge deal and to be expected in a ground-floor unit.

Cass' place was perfect for us. I always overthink where to stay but I will assure you, this place is a no-brainer. Stay here! It is centrally located but on a very quiet street, convenient to both major parks, fully stocked for cooking, and most important - clean. The only thing we had to worry about was what trail to hike or whether we wanted to make dinner or go out. I highly recommend it.

This was a great apartment for a week long mountain biking trip. Lot's of easy parking. The apartment has been updated recently. We loved having the high quality gas grills and hot tub. We used them regularly. I would definitely stay here again.

Cass’s condo is excellent! Very quiet part of town but only a few blocks from downtown. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend with our newborn. The hot tub and outdoor patio were also a huge plus.

Wonderful unit in a great quiet location within walking distance to town. 2 King bedrooms but only one bath which was not a problem for us. Well stocked spotless kitchen, 3 large tvs and comfy seating, and a fabulous and convenient outdoor area with a hot tub, gas grill, dining table, fireplace with Adirondack chairs and a swing. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Modern Mesa. A great deal of thoughtfulness went into this space. It was super clean, beds and pillows were so comfy, hot tub was wonderful, and everything was good quality. Everything we needed was available. I want Robert go back to Moab and would definitely stay there again.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood in Moab and was just several blocks walking distance to restaurants and shops. The entire unit was in immaculate condition throughout. Everything needed in kitchen including dishwasher. Nice supply of toiletries in bathroom. Property had a laundry room available at no additional cost. Hot tub was clean and very well kept, lock code provided to unlock cover. Outdoor fire pit area was very nice to relax at after long day of sightseeing. The host communication was very informative. We had no issues at all during our staty. I will definitely look to book this unit again if I am able to make it back to Moab to spend more time.

Comfortable. Roomy. Convenient. Had a great week in Moab here. Everything was well stocked, clean and in great working order. The kitchen well equipped to prepare all of your own meals. The hot tub was nice to soothe the sore muscles after long hikes. The propane grills were clean and tidy, nice for grilling burgers for the family. The location is convenient to everything in Moab. Can't wait to come back!
